Potter's House KIDS' Ministry
Welcome to New Life's Potter's House! To get acquainted with us, take a moment and read a letter from our Pastor sharing the vision for our Potter's House Kids' Ministry in a simple and compelling way.

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God." (Luke 18:16-17) And just as children have a special place in the heart of God, they have a special place at New Life Christian Ministries Church-Potter's House for Kids.

The Potter's House Children's ministry is focused on inspiring tomorrow's leaders to grow up into all that God created them to be. We encourage them to become rooted, early on, in their walk with God to prepare them for their bright futures tomorrow. This goal is achieved by the loving work of countless children's ministry team members who daily pour themselves into the lives of these precious, little ones.

Some of the many facets of the children's ministry include places for kids to grow and learn, such as our nursery, graded classes for children from kindergarten to sixth grade, and full-fledged worship services just for kids.

Through these many wonderful opportunities, our children are falling deeply in love with the Lord and are being given a Godly foundation to build their lives upon.

Yours in Christ,
Pastor W.D. Gadsden

Our infant area is home for our youngest members. Our teams of caring members go out of their way to make sure that the babies in our care are loved and nurtured. We believe that the introduction to God's love for them begins here through us. We strive to lay the foundation of God's love for them through prayer, music and activities, geared to their individual development and skill.

Each week is full of wild and wiggly activities to get them moving, safe objects for toddlers to touch, fun crafts they will love, and real life situations to which they can relate. Our goal is to help each child master a monthly key concept by creatively repeating the concept to make it stick.

For Infants and Toddlers
Toddlers will begin to discover these three truths:
• God MADE me.
• God LOVES me.
• Jesus WANTS to be my friend forever.

Things Parents Should Know:
1. Label your diaper bag
2. Label your bottle
3. Pre-measure your formula and make sure it is clearly labeled
4. Provide diapers
4. Provide a favorite toy or blanket (labeled please)
5. Include in your child's diaper bag a change of clothing
6. Don't forget the pacifier

Early Childhood

We believe that even small children are capable of worshipping the Lord, loving Him and understanding His word. Our 3 year olds - Kindergarten will explore God's word through creative bible lessons, songs, physical play and crafts designed just for them.

We want your child to know God as their Creator, their Heavenly Father, and their Friend. There are three key truths that we want every preschooler and kindergartener to have mastered before they move to Elementary.

Three Basic Truths
• God MADE me.
• God LOVES me.
• Jesus WANTS to be my friend forever

Elementary 1st - 4th grades

Every week we want to challenge small groups of kids to:

As a parent, one of my greatest desires and priorities is to bring up our children "in the training and instruction of the Lord." Ephesians 6:4. We are commanded by God to "train a child in the way he should go." Proverbs 22:6. Therefore, our greatest concern is that your children grow up to love the Lord with all their heart, with all their soul, with all their mind, and with all their strength. I pray that Potter's House Children will grow to love, trust, obey, worship and serve God more consistently and effectively than we've done.

Here at New Life's Potter's House Ministry we want several things to be crystal clear: We love families. You matter to God and to us. Your children will learn about the God who loves them in a safe environment full of fun and excitement. We hope your experience with us will make you want to return again and again.
